Apparently, "e-mail with attachments" is the 21st-century equivalent of "fat mailing envelope." :-D

Thanks! :-) Now I have to start my critical faculties back up. In particular, I have to remind myself that just because this would be in an awesome location, at a cool company, near to friends who I never see, that does not mean that it's a worse job than the one I've got on offer already. ;-)

Well, this is true-my various e-mails from grad schools were all pretty vanilla. But when you get an e-mail an hour after your interview, it's very reassuring to see the little "attachment" icon next to the guy's name, before you start to read the message. ;-)
