Kicked J out of the house. He's been unemployed for 4 months and I've seen him sitting in the same spot all day long, all night long. I told him to go visit his mom and have a change of scene. J's Bday
We celebrated the hubby's bday a day early on Sunday so we could spend the day together. He seemed to love all the gifts I got him - an Ipod holder for the gym, plus Metallica concert t-shirts to the 2 shows he saw when he was a teenager and still hasn't forgiven his mom for throwing away. I have been feeling a bit out of sorts of late. Part of it may have been from the VT tragedy, part may have been lack of exercise. Surreal
I am still in shock and disbelief of the horrors and tragedy that happened today at my alma mater. I read early this morning that there was a shooting with one dead and one wounded. I called my MIL to tell her to be safe since she lives right near the school and didn't think anything of it. When I went home for lunch J's mom called and said to turn ( Read more... ) -
Worried
J called me this afternoon saying that he left work and is on the road driving to see his mom who was just admitted to the hospital. She's been sick since the past summer with sinus infections, asthma problems, breathing problems and pnumonia.
