Open RP in Ravenclaw

Al tucked his new kitten, Dena, snuggly in a nest of blankets. He hoped she'd be all right without him for a few hours. He hesitated before opening the door, seriously considering taking the kitten downstairs with him. But she'd be frightened and confused by all the noise and people, and might even run away or something. He was excited to finally meet some of Ed's friends, and took the stairs two at a time, jumping off the last one.

"Hey, brother!"

"Hey! Happy birthday!"

"Thanks, Ed! This is gonna be fun, yeah?"

"Yeah, people should start showing up anytime now- oh, hey, Osaka is here now!"

Osaka bounces through the hallway, partially because she can mostly remember how to get places these days and mostly because she's hoping to talk to people. She's been missing her close-knit group of friends from Tokyo. So she's thrilled when she sees the door to Ravenclaw open again. She pokes her head inside and smiles happily at a familiar face. "Ed-san! How are you?"

"Osaka, hey!" Ed didn't remember inviting Osaka, but he didn't mind her sticking around either. "Are you gonna stick around for Al's birthday party?" He nodded his head toward Al, indicating who he was talking about.

Osaka looks blank for a second. "Oh! I'll be right back!" She runs out as fast as she can (which is admittedly, only slightly faster than her normal walking speed) and reappears a few minutes later. "I didn't realize there was a birthday. I hope your brother likes cats." She holds out one of her Nekokoneko tissues. "It isn't much, but I didn't know."

Al watched as the girl ran in, greeted her brother and then ran out and back in. "Hey, I'm Ed's brother, Al. Who're you?"

Having heard something about a party, Ryuuji had decided to just swing by to check was what going on and see if it was anything interesting. Besides, parties were usually interesting and if it was in Ravenclaw, maybe he'd see Sara again -- the two Prefects hadn't talked for a while and Ryuuji was just a wee bit worried about her.

Al saw Ryuuji enter the party and instantly recognized him as the man who brought them candy and chocolate milk after that awful cookie incident. Ugh, he'd also seen Al bawling like a baby. He guessed he probably better say something to him, though.

"Hey! You're the guy who, um, was there after we ate those cookies, right?"

For a second, Ryuuji stared blankly at Al, not recognizing him in his grown-up form. Then he realized that from the mention of the cookies, it was probably another incident like that which had happened with Azi, making the Slytherin Prefect give the other boy a warm grin, "If you were one of those kids, yeah. Al or Ed, right?"

Oh good, he remembered. And he didn't say anything about Al crying. "Yeah, I'm Al Elric. It's nice to meet you under, um better circumstances. Thanks for bringing us stuff. I think you said you're a prefect, right?"

Jack was wandering by the Ravenclaw common room as usual in the hopes of running into someone he knew and having a drink or two. Spotting his diminutive erstwhile Charms partner, he waved cheerily. "I say - hello, Mr. Elric. How are you this evening?"

"Oh, hey, Jack! Are you staying for the party?"

"Oh - is there a party? It seems like there's always a party going on here. I don't know how you intellectual coves get any studying done. But I shall certainly stay for it. I do like a party." Jack smiled.

"Yeah, it's my brother Al's birthday- don't worry, nobody was supposed to bring presents."

Being the regular party vertebrate that he was, Homsar blibbled into the Ravenclaw Common Room for the celebration of Sincerely's Ed's brother's birthday. But apparently, it was an orgy a party for him, too, because there was Jenga, the ultimate form of sex party game!

He headed straight towards Ed and Al and announced, "We gonna drink Bacardi like it's your birthday!" His bowler hat leapt up into the air and then settled slowly back onto his head.

Ed, ever hypocritical, muttered to Al, "You are not drinking Bacardi." He turned back to Homsar. "Hey, Professor! Have you met my brother, Al?"

Unfortunately, Homsar's response would not shed any light on the existence, or lack thereof, of Homsar's prior acquaintance with Al Elric.

Loudly, he proclaimed, "It's a good time for my great taste!"

Ed nodded jovially to Homsar. "That's great, Professor."

He whispered to Al, "He's kind of crazy. I think something ate his brain."
