Crowley grinned wickedly as he set up the booth in the Great Hall. It looked something like this but the sign read:

KISS RYUUJI - ONE GALLEON
(no tongues)

All proceeds go to benefit Fillerbunny Day!

"What's this? A cornucopia of love?" Terry skips into the room, and then tilts his head. Hmmm... he then claps his hands.

"Yay for Ron! I am Ron! I get two for one!" He moves to hover near the booth. Terry's body was tired from all that bothering, and had chased a butterfly nearby. But Ryuuji could be real colorful. Why, perhaps he was a giant butterfly! Perhaps through their kiss Ron could teach him the true pain of persecution, causing Ryuuji to cry and shriek, "I know not me!"

Ron bets Ryuuji tastes like bubblegum!

"You don't look like Ron," said Crowley, startled. "And where's your galleon for Fillerbunny Day?"

"No, I am tortured by my own flesh. Luckily flesh is soft and weak, and when I want to I shall skin it off!" Ron does a little dance of glee, before searching through his pockets.

"Um... I found money in Terry's room. I like them because they're pretty and I can use them to bribe the greedy into betrayal." He holds out a galleon. "Here you go!"

Rather disconcerted by Terry's odd behaviour, Crowley pocketed the galleon and pressed a very quick kiss to his forehead. "There you go."

Paul was grateful that the puppet at least seemed to be literate. What the puppet's eyes read on the sign needed a second reading, just to be certain, though.

"I notice that Puppet Ron isn't on the two-for-one list," he commented, lightly, studying Ron's face to see what effect the Ryuuji kissfest would have on his friend.

Terry blinked, re-read and couldn't help curling his fists, both of them. "Someone is using Ryuuji's body." He said in a fierce whisper. "Someone is using Ryuuji's body." He said again.

"Stop clenching me." The puppet body couldn't feel pain, but it was odd feeling his cloth form crumple. "Yes, someone is using Ryuuji's body, the way we're using Ron's body and, er, his puppet body. Only not everyone at this school is as considerate as we are. It's not surprising when you think about it. The question is, who's in Ryuuji's body, and how are we going to find out?"

Ryuuji, in Kira's body, strolled into the hall in the most relaxed and laidback manner he could. Luckily, with that long walk to Hogsmeade, he'd had plenty of time to learn how to mimic the other boy, and their frequent conversations gave him a good grasp of the other's speech patterns.

Making a beeline for the booth, Ryuuji grinned, the expression a perfect match for Kira's mischevious look, and took a long suck of the cigarette before greeting his own body, "Yo, Ry! How much for a kiss with tongue?"

He jingled a pocket mournfully, coins clacking against each other. "I don't have much, but anything for a good kiss. Cause."

"Hey!" exclaimed Crowley with a carefully constructed smile. Kira knew Ryuuji well and would be likely to sense if anything were off. Crowley tilted his head to one side. "Didn't you read the sign? No tongue. Even for you."

Another suck of the cigarette, and Ryuuji admired the smile. Whoever was in his body was good - not Mai as he had originally thought, because there was no way Mai would do this to him. So, someone that knew him well enough to mimic him properly?

Exhaling, Ryuuji made Kira's body arch an eyebrow at Ryuuji's body, and laugh. "Nightwing gets tongue and I don't? You must have made a mistake, Ry."

He reached over the table to brush a lock of hair away from his own face, strangely intrigued by how it felt to touch his skin with someone else's fingers, and then let Kira's fingers brush lightly down his chin. This is so weird.

Crowley reached up and pulled Kira's hand gently away from his face. Kissing was one thing. Messing with the kid's relationships was something else. He had a bastardly sense of honour, but a sense of honour nonetheless.

"I put that on there as a joke. I had no idea he'd take me up on it." It was a lie, of course, but Kira didn't need to know that.
