"Always dark?" Sunflora began tearing up. "I'd hate it if it was always dark!"

Midna stared at the Sunflora

"Ok...you're not the strangest thing I've seen around" she muttured "But I'dd have to disagree with you about the dark. The dark can be a wonderful place"

"But I like darkness. Of course being a creature of Twilight makes me like darkness" Midna replied

"I can think of at least two people that would not find you not being human a turnoff. I'm just glad there's more non-Earthlings here."

"You're not human? You look like a human to me" Midna replied curiously. "Since you said that there were more 'non-Earthlings' here, does that mean that there are more Twili here?" She asked

"Ugh, don't remind me that I look human." Turlough arched his eyebrow. "Never heard of Twili."

"You didn't used to look like a human?" Midna asked "And just so you know Twili are beings of darkness, we live in the Twilight Realm and we also happen to be competent magic users"

"You can teleport people?" Ryuk laughed. "You could have so much fun with that."

Midna looked at Ryuk with curiosity

"You're appearance reminds me of the Twili, my people. Are you a Twili?" She asked

"Me? Nah. I'm a shinigami. A...how do you say it...a god of death." Ryuk pulled out an apple. "Name's Ryuk."

"A god of death? Never heard of them before. Oh and in case you didn't realise, I'm called Midna"

Midna eyed Ryuk's apple "I take it you like apples?" she asked

Ever since learning that the house-elves were not in fact students, Igor had sometimes wanted to help set them free, and at other times had wanted to avoid all association with them.
He was curious about Midna, though.

"You don't look like the other house-elves."

"I am not a house elf!" Midna replied indignantly "I'm a Twili"

"Oh. I apologize." Igor said, shifting his weight awkwardly. "I wouldn't like to be taken for a house elf either."
He looked at the bottle of wasp larvae. "What are those things?"

"Apology taken"

She looked at the jar Igor looked at.

"These? They're some kind of bee larva. Some people use it to regain health or use it as fishing bait"

She looked at the larva, "But I can't see how someone would eat it though" she muttered in distaste

Gwendal doesn't go out very often. On those occasions that he has ventured out of his rooms, he has been severely embarrassed. But, not one to be trapped in a room that is rapidly becoming crowded with knit animals. He looked at the mass of items that had come out of the girl's pockets. "How is it you had all those in your pocket?"

Midna sighed. How was she going to explain this? She doesn't even HAVE any pockets.

"It's...hard...to explain" Midna replied "It's a Twili thing"

She scowled at Gwendal "Plus, I don't have any pockets"

"Well, then," Gwendal was at something of a loss. But, then, trying to explain why being struck on the left cheek was a proposal and why picking up a knife was accepting that proposal was also as potentially wrought with difficulties. Gwendal is, however, a diplomat. "I do apologize," he said, bowing slightly.
