After much searching on the UT website, I found out that the Fine Arts Library had film scanners for student use! Today, I made my way to a part of campus I never visit and spent some quality time with the I-Mac and the Nikon Coolscan 8000. Saturday I went to the Texas State Cemetery to explore and take some photos. Last Saturday I went to Oakwood Cemetery for the same purpose. These cemeteries are both located in East Austin (the more "ghetto" part of the city but some parts are quite hip and gentrified). the highlands and isle of skye were amazing. skye was extremely windy, but the scenery was spectacular. we were lucky with the weather. it rained everyday but not too hard. i will probably upload pictures when i go home in august.

i got into professional program in accounting (PPA), so i will be working on my dual accounting degree.
