I'll be headed out to ConDFW in a few hours. I won't be doing any costumes since I spent most of the month procrastinating about my car. I was following an email exchange regarding the recent discovery that All-Con, a multimedia convention here in Dallas, had apparently bought the domain name condfw.com. I put in my time off request for that weekend and made my reservation. Since it's a chance to hang out with all the ORAC folk and help promote Fencon I figure it's the best option. I may not be out there the whole weekend, but I definitely am getting out there Saturday. It seems they have Abney Parkplaying Saturday night. I'm surprised none of the D/FW Steam punk people didn't mention this.
