Let's see, what things are happening.
My baby cousin's out of the hospital and at home with his parents, so that's good. According to my last update he is doing well, and with any luck we'll be getting pictures of him with his patented "Oh God Dad put the camera down" face sometime soon.

My baby cousin had heart surgery yesterday. Yesterday I was so worried I couldn't even think about it, but as of yesterday he had gone through a picture-perfect surgery, had strong vitals, been taken off his breathing tube, and been strong and awake enough that he'd been double restrained, lest he hulk-out and rip out his IV, so now I'm feeling ( Read more... ) -
In which I ramble about comics
So, once again making an appearance to prove that I am still among the living- though unfortunately my fic-muse is currently not.
Things I did this week included get sick, decide to try to make it to school anyway, stop by the comic book store on the way, accidentally hit someone's car, throw up in the parking lot, leave a note, and then drive home ( Read more... ) -

Sushi, Mouse colony, and other extremes
So Friday went from good to AWESOME to OH GOD I HATE MY LIFE.
Friday, us wee little summer student labslaves got treated to sushi.
Which is pretty awesome, just in general.
The fact that it was a BUFFET of sushi made it 1000000000X better.
