Send me an angel...

This is quite a nasty storm we got over here today!

The streets are flooded. I didn't even try to venture out of the house. I've been hiding out from hoomans.

Supernatural wackiness in 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1... )

You shouldn't hate incidences like this. IMHO, they're a blessing. Someone is watching over you. I think that's brilliant, especially if your guardian angel is THE archangel.

You mean you didn't think of that? When you said his name was Michael, that was my first thought. My guardian's name is Oscar. I don't think Enoch mentioned him in his account of the war in heaven. Yer special!

I agree! That is EXACTLY what I thought when you told your story!

DH may have been the one who davened for help, but Hashem knew that YOU were the one who was needing it most at that moment. The fact that you weren't even davening for help means that you weren't even able to ask ( ... )

Furthermore, the fact that you couldn't see his feet really makes me think that he was an angel, because in the Kedusha, when we say "Kadosh, kadosh, kadosh" we rise up on our tiptoes with our legs together because we are trying to be like angels. According to the Talmud, angels only have a single leg/foot type of structure when they are in their true form. They do not "set foot" on the earth and walk around as we do.

That's weird... not only did I not see his feet; he didn't sit down either. If he sat down, I would have really noticed the no feet thing.

ITA, I was in such a dour mood for weeks that I was pulling away from everything.

DH thinks he came for me too... I'm really; really frightened at this point because he said "Moshiach is close; he's coming soon."

I haven't had a seizure since Friday morning. :knocks on plywood/mdf:

Plus, DH shook his hand.

woah...
