Send me an angel...

This is quite a nasty storm we got over here today!

The streets are flooded. I didn't even try to venture out of the house. I've been hiding out from hoomans.

Supernatural wackiness in 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1... )

You shouldn't hate incidences like this. IMHO, they're a blessing. Someone is watching over you. I think that's brilliant, especially if your guardian angel is THE archangel.

You mean you didn't think of that? When you said his name was Michael, that was my first thought. My guardian's name is Oscar. I don't think Enoch mentioned him in his account of the war in heaven. Yer special!

I agree! That is EXACTLY what I thought when you told your story!

I figured it was just another of those wacky supernatural freak events. Why the heck would an archangel come to me of all people? I just thought he was an angel... not an archangel.

Because HaShem wants you to know that you are loved and that you are important, of course! Michael is there to help you along on your spiritual journey.

I don't think I'm important in the grand scheme of things.

I think what chilled me to the bone is what he said about me; me and DH; and the world in general.

I just chalked it up to an intellectual convo. Then when he disappeared like that I got really frightened. Because Moshiach is really close. If Moshiach is really close... then things are going to get uglier by the day.

When he said his name he said that it was "Mike.. short for Michael." That's why I didn't put two and two together. Remember, I'm hitched to a rationalist.

I was drinking water at the water fountain and I started to smell a strong scent of pine. The old age home two blocks away has evergreens in the back so I figured I was smelling that. Then he spoke to me and I jumped.

What's weird is that he asked if the other water fountain was working. I had to show him how to use it.

Now I understand why he came.

Honestly, I think that DH called him down and he came for him not for me.

Then I again, only I saw/heard him the first time. When he rode off that's when I smelled the roses. DH didn't notice that.

He thought he smelled like sandalwood.

weird.

I had similar inclinations as that this energy was heaven sent.

Hashem puts things, people, places in our life in the time that we need them

It's just scary as hell! I never saw one up close and personal like that. I think what scares me more is that DH saw him too.

Oh BTW how did the engagement party go?
