There are certain venues where we can't back out of. Or at least, not yet.

I've watched and read a lot of FAQs and critiques and suggestions and freakouts about the Star Wars Prequels.

So, there's a new Three Musketeer's movie coming out. It's in 3D, which makes me roll my eyes and shake my head. Because if there's one sort of thing that doesn't need to be in 3D, it's a sword fight. Sometimes I sit back and wonder if the whole world has gone crazy. Or if maybe I was watching something different from everybody else. Like with Once Upon A Time in Mexico. That's the first major example that springs to mind.

Hot Tub Time Machine

Eh. Kind of neat and different, I suppose. But not terribly funny. The biggest gag seems to be "Hey, that thing that was about to happen? It didn't!" over and over again.

Weird to see John Cusak in a movie like this.

Very mediocre comedy.

Am I the only person who thinks that True Lies would have been a lot better if it'd ended with the bomb going off? Harry saves the day and his wife, Helen and Harry kiss while a nuclear warhead goes off in the background. Sure the bad guy gets away, but we can leave that for the sequel.
