Hi all!

It's that time again :)

Now, I'm going to ask that this be filled in ASAP. I'm giving you a fair bit of time so you can go back and add things if you suddenly realise that there's something else that you do that you haven't added.

Position: Hufflepuff Prefect
Constant Activities:
-Approve membership to your community
-Update userinfo
-Update Puffs of the Round Table & Birthday log
-Monitor questions/comments post & deal with questions/comments

Weekly Activities:
-Post sorting log, top sorters & star sorter
-Assign big/little badgers & newbie sigtag makers
-Update star sorter list

Monthly Activities:
-Run one activity
-Submit top sorter points
-Update Hufflepuff Members list
-Puff of the Month
-Hogsmeade activity

Termly Activities:
-Clean out member list
-Run one mascot week
-Awards
-Review guides and make sure they are up to date

Sporadic Activities:
-Activity spotlights
-Easy activity round-up
-General enthusiasm & cheerleading posts

If more than 1 mod, how are duties split: We alternate months for the in house contest.

Position: Flourish Mod
Constant Activities:
Approve membership to comm
Make sure all posts are correctly labeled and tagged
Update the points/unity spreadsheet
Keep userinfo updated with open/closed shops
Check PM's and emails
Check various posts -- FAQ, tag check, closing, suggestions
Approve or deny hiatus requests
Approve or deny new shops -- if added, update userinfo, add tags for their shop and invite to the _flourishmods comm
Keep the Flourish Directory updated as shops add new tags/are closed *new this term

Weekly Activities:
New week/Roundup posts on Sundays
Activity sweeps on Wednesdays

Monthly Activities:
Discuss monthly theme with Ing (a few days before the last Sunday of the month) and update userinfo & tag check post to reflect
Monthly points - posted to the community and submitted to the System
Banners for monthly shop winners
(bi-monthly) coordinate Flourish at Hogsmeade -- signups, tag check, round-up, delivery posts, etc.

Position: Animagus Mod
Constant Activities:
Approve membership to comm
Respond to questions/PMs/comments/etc.
Check votes on animagus batches & respond to vote checking thread
Update points (and Evolution Adventure) spreadsheets

Weekly Activities:
none.

Monthly Activities:
Voting Batches (1-2 per month): Run, check votes (species/subspecies + 3 or more reasons), calculate and submit points, choose four options, post choices and voting points
Monthly Activity: submit for approval, run activity, post and submit points
Approve new animagus essays, make banners for them, update userinfo and registry
Post Animagus of the Month and submit points
*for this term only, we had an extra set of activities which included an extra "Family Activity" each month that needed to be submitted, monitored, and tallied for participation

Termly Activities:
HiH members cut
Animagus inactivity sweep
Update FAQ and rules as necessary

Sporadic Activities:Assign applicants animagus number and let them know which batch they are in ( ... )

Position: Daily Prophet Editor
Constant Activities:
- Check emails and messages, answer questions as they come up.

Weekly Activities: (Well, bi-weekly xD)
- Post check in and submission posts
- Keep an eye on writers to make sure they're on time and grant extended deadlines if needed
- Get pinch writers if necessary
- Tally last issue's activity results and post them
- Compile the Daily Prophet edition and post it to HiH
- Post new issue's activity
- Update Ask Dumbledore spreadsheet

Monthly Activities:
- Submit activities to The System for approval
- Submit points for two activities
- Submit points for Wicked Whispers & Ask Dumbledore
- Submit staff payments

Termly Activities:
- Update posts with new information
- Check in with staff writers to see who is staying for the new term
- "Hire" new term writers if needed
- Create a schedule for the paper

Sporadic Activities: Hire and fire writers as necessary ( ... )
