i graduate from AU on 05/09 and just found out that i'll be getting my PhD at AU starting in August!

i'm very happy with life

school is school and work is work. the hospital is going great - i'm actually going up there here in a few minutes.....

Auburn is bringing O.A.R. to campus - free concert - Monday night. O.A.R. is up in the top when i start listing my favorite bands - and they are great live. the free part is great because it fits very well with my poor graduate ( Read more... )

Summer sped right by. The end of the semester was incredibly busy. There was a point where I was working at three different jobs, and still taking classes full time. All of the papers ended up finished however, and I came out of the summer fine ( Read more... )

The month of July is going to be hellacious. So much to get done school-wise and so little to do fun-wise. That is why my friends and I spent yesterday at the Kate Davis compound on Lake Martin. It was literally one of the most perfect days I can recall. Good food, some beers, floating in the lake for hours on end...

Just enjoying my weekend. Melissa and I went up to Birmingham for Laura's wedding which was yesterday. It was at the same church as Christa's - and it was a beautiful service.

 Summer 2008 is kind of sucking balls so far.

My birthday was good...I was suprised at dinner by a few of my friends. And dinner itself was probably one of the best I've ever had. Ahhh. I turn the big 25 tomorrow! Tha's exciting. I am staying in Auburn though since finals are next week and I am in the middle of a 20 page theories paper. I can't go crazy but I can have FUN!!!

School is crazy. I was up until 3am walking for Relay for Life. I was going to stay all night but punked out - I had to get some sleep! Today I went to a 4 hour workshop on Children and Trauma hosted by good ol' Auburn and Chi Sigma Iota (of which I am a new member).

Blahhhhh...school.

This semester only has 3 weeks left....

I thought that it ended around the last week of May but apparently not...

I'm running like a chicken with my head cut off...but a chicken who has a planner in hand and is very well organized.

I have a diagnosis test at 4pm. I had a theories exam on Monday. Class...geez. I'm over school. I love it...and I can ( Read more... )
