Yesterday Lee and I rambled in Epping Forest. We didn't entirely escape the main roads or the aircraft whir and we both had holes in the left feet of our shoes (imagine sauntering through a forest in decaying ballet shoes. Silly yet wonderful). Last night I dreamt I was wandering around wearing my Girl Guide uniform with a troop of Brownies following me in a city full of brothels, dirty streets and dirtier men. We were only looking for a cheap place to eat.

I finished watching the epic Angels in America last night. It’s exceedingly good, shall definitely be added to my list of sublime television. Why aren’t the BBC or Channel 4 making any even halfway decent televisual drama any more? They haven’t made anything as good as the aforementioned and Six Feet Under for a very very long time.
