Tonight I have started my new exercise regimen - doing crunches for the length of one song every night before bed, on advice of Kate Swanson - by crunching for the length of "Anyone Fancy a Chocolate Digestive?". 3:02 is much longer than you think it will be when doing crunches.

I don't think I said anything to you all about how I've been dancing again. I discovered a dance school located in the scary Christian complex down the road (which is not related to the Church thingy, just rents out one of their buildings). Aha!
