Song choice--utter perfection. Of the vids that have been posted so far after premiering at VividCon, this one is hands-down my favorite.

And I'm glad you liked it! It's... kind of a big departure for me, mood-wise, so I'm very pleased that it worked outside my brain.

Also, have people told you what a hit "Volcano Girls" was at Club Vivid? I was exhausted by the time it came on, but I *had* to get up and dance anyway. And "Olivia" on a big screen in the movie vids show! Whee!

Pipsqueaky mentioned that it went over well, but it's lovely to hear it again. And I have to say, having been too young to catch TLU on the real big screen, it would have been cool to see the vid up on one. Thanks for letting me know you saw them there. ;)

I didn't get to Vividcon, but I did get to see this. And it was great fun, and lovely, and yay! for new vids!

Will have to watch again and again. Once I track down the right codecs for WMP, sigh.

Yay, Wonderfalls! I really enjoyed that, and the song is just perfect. Couldn't be more perfect actually - the lyrics and the whole tone of the singer's voice. Maybe it's just that I was watching a more actiony vid earlier, but I was struck by the fact that while you got some of the crazy camera moves in there, Jaye herself doesn't actually move very often. Which a) is something that I hadn't noticed about the show before, but which is definitely appropriate to the story (the world spins wildly around Jaye, while she's stuck in one place, trying to field flying babies and talking flamingos) and b) really draws your attention to her facial expressions. Also, I thought you did a great job of working the talking animals in there (brass monkey/wax lion inappropriate touching!) without letting the wackiness overshadow the character. Really just an awesome vid. :)
