Also, I'm just not in jail. I dont think there would be a reason for me to be there. Yet.

"Just not in jail". ...okay. Then my location could be, "Not in Africa" or "Not in Dutch Wonderland", "Not in Sane" (get it?). Not somewhere is not a good description of where you are.
