My dogs are still barking. What in Hades is going on?

I think I'm going to lock them up inside before other deities complain about the noise.

My dogs keep running outside the temple and barking at something. It's somewhere south of my temple. I don't know who's in what sort of magical trouble, but I'm going to find out.
