There's an author by the name of Piet Hien who makes these amazing short poems.  Short, insightful and often humourous, they're worth reading.

And now, I am dying…and suddenly realize I forgot to live."

I've come to the conclusion that my life is deathly boring right now and I'm reverting to last year's new year's resolution: when faced with two choices, always pick the one that tells the best story

My procrastination of the moment involves calligraphy. I picked up a super cheap book on it last week and just got a pen and oh I like drawing letters even if I'm not very good. My uncials look almost convincing. My gothic scripts are embarassing.

One more exam tomorrow and then I am out of here. I'm both excited and incredibly sad.

It's a very early 7am. I've been up for an hour reviewing things and what did I find? Stats. Fucking stats.

In six hours I'm going to give myself a few hours for sleeping and baking. It will be good.

Wisdom of the day:

"Take on every task as if you could not fail."

So I knew I had a lot to read for my exam on Saturday- 13 chapters is a lot but usually that means something like 200-300 pages. Right?

Over 700 pages. And that's just the textbook material- there's also a book of readings and lecture notes too. Kill me now.

Plan of action: memorize lecture notes and hope for the best.
