Presentation: done!

I discovered a wicked band tonight called Turn Me On Dead Man which is such a clever clever name. Their site is ugly like a MySpace but I figure the music makes up for it. Right?

My uber-talented and generally awesome friend Matthew has been staying with me this weekend because he and some friends had a gig tonight. And it was awesome. The show itself, entitled "Mega Sound Rap Explosion" was in Gatineau. Gatineau is seriously weird man. The main streets are covered in strip malls surrounded by residential areas. ( Read more... )

If I ever breed, my kids will listen to this.

Thanksgiving overall was the expected level of awesomeness. I made a bus friend, saw the Trailer Park Boys movie, made delicious lentilly goodness, went to Riverdale Farm and had a night of fun. Considering thanksgiving is the most disappointing holiday ever, I think that's pretty damn good.
