Second, you know me. I'm just on call with the police if I'm needed. Back home I'm with the BAU unit of the FBI. I have experience on the bomb squad. I specialize in crimes of obsession. I'm also a trained hostage negotiator. Not much use for a profiler here on a day to day basis. So if you need me, just let me know. That's what Beckett did. Otherwise, I'll be working at the youth center.

I don't want to put you in a position you don't want to be in, but Beckett and I thought that since I'm not a cop and have literally no experience in the field, it might be a good idea to have someone else involved in leading the police force, either as a co-head or as a liason.
