"That's quite all right," William said thinking fast "I've just realized that I promised my mum that I'd help her with the washing
At first, this made me really, really mad -- Elizabeth Turner the Pirate King STILL has to be saddled with stereotypical women's work?? And then I stopped, reread it, and burst out laughing instead. Good job at a cover story, Willie! The little pirate kid has to leave because he has to help his mother with the laundry. They'll never suspect you're lying with an awesome cover story like _that_.
William stiffened he knew that Ms. Madeleine had never been a pirate in her life. She hated piracy and always had. But she’d sure made off with the “Pirate Lord” title in a hurry!
So she hated piracy but she agreed to become a Pirate Lord WOT?? WHERE IS YOUR LOGIC?!?
That reminds me of a Suefic that took place post-COTBP, where Will and Elizabeth are not yet married and she's still the governor's daughter...yet Will makes Elizabeth clean his room for him.
You know, if anyone ever compared their Sue's hair to Pele's hair and knew to what they were referring, they would win +100 points from me. Also, Pele's hair is so so so pretty.
I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to write. My ship kinda…fell apart…so I had to swim. And I washed up on the shore of the Island of Beans…
AHAHA! Ten points.
2) Why does Jack leave the Sue with a "little sliver wedding ban" when he BAILS OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT? No pun intended, by the way. Suethor, a one night stand is NOT the first step towards twue wuv, even if Jack does leave your character with more than a suspicious burning sensation in her nether-regions.
3) Ok, so I followed the link to the pit, and this 'story' (and I use that term loosely) is rated... M?!?! Whaaaaat?
