Une Nouvelle Colocataire [closed to Fantine]

Meg was up early, as usual, but unlike her normal mornings when after her bath she would dress and then eat only tea and a pastry, she decided to make crêpes. It had been a while since she had done so, and after spending so much time at the Opera House lately she'd begun to miss those who had lived there with her in Paris. Such nostalgia came in waves, and right now she was about at the crest of another one. The people who lived there included the cook, of course - the cook who had given her this crêpe recipe. The dancers, ever careful with their diet, were not supposed to eat too many, but they did now and again as a special treat and Meg had always loved them. Her favorites were those with jam, but as she looked about her kitchen she found she could also do caramel or lemon-sugar.

She was so distracted with her plans that she didn't at first notice that her apartment had changed. By the time she did notice she was in the midst of cooking and could hardly leave the pan... She wondered if it was a new roommate, and she almost hoped so. Mostly what she hoped was that this was a good change - the village could sometimes be cruel.

Well, if someone was in there they'd likely smell the crêpes and rise, and then she'd see. No use worrying until that happened.

[[ooc: French means "a new housemate". Tag in at your leisure... I figure it'll look like her old room, until she opens the bedroom door?]]
