Watch me be organised for once in my life! This post, which will remain at the top of my journal, contains all my OOC notes for Mwu. ill_fllay_you's is available here.
If you want to ask a question, offer up some concrit, throw forward plot ideas, or address anything at all, feel free to comment to this post. All comments are screened and I have IP logging turned off.

OOC NOTES
Me: I am Jen and also jdiam but mainly Fllay to you guys because that's the nick I use 99% of the time on IRC.

The playing experience: I don't play as often as I used to but I love being jumped and I always try to throw my characters into play when asked. I'm not the best at huge group events though and tend to flake out of them. Sorry. XD;;
I'm notoriously bad at continuing threads after long periods and can't recall a time when I actually did so, even with threads I've absolutely adored. Always feel free to poke me if I've dropped a thread with you, if I don't notice a comment you've made (I don't use comment notifications if I'm running a post or if I'm threading with multiple people), or if you want to continue a thread that had to be dropped. I'll always agree ... unless it's late and I need sleep, then I'll agree later.
On a final note I am pretty willing to play through just about anything but I really, really, really appreciate being contacted first if you want to play through something that will involve either of my characters. Chances are very good that I'll agree to whatever you've planned; I just need to like to be able to talk these things through.
Goals: I am so not a goal person. XD In general I'd like to bring my characters out more and have them interact with more people. So jump me.
Betaing: I've not betaed much myself but I'm always willing, and not just for canons I know/am familiar with. Usually my comments are geared towards coherence and reliance though, as I fail at critting funny.

Other: Fllay and Mwu's player is shier than she appears. XD If we've talked about doing something, I won't approach you. Please, please don't think this means I don't want to play something through with you because that's completely and entirely untrue. I am just retarded like that. This should probably have gone in "The Playing Experience" but to hell with that ... it was long enough already. XD
Seriously though, I want to stress that I welcome people to poke me or jump me or plot with me at any time.
1. Re concrit and OOC concerns:
I am a whore for concrit and nothing short of you ripping into everything I've ever done ever in the most vicious of manners has much of a chance of hurting, offending, or bothering me. When I remember, I do pop up a thread over at cfud_concrit but that's also the point of this post. As a general note, I would prefer to deal with heavier concrit privately for no other reason than I embarass really, really easily.
2. Contact methods:
My e-mail address is not.a.mermaid@gmail.com and if I'm online and commenting then I have it open and will get your mail within moments. Otherwise I check it three times a day, so it's not hard to catch me.
If I'm online and not on hiatus, I'm on IRC and y'all can feel free to ping me or PM me for anything.

3. Time and other scheduling issues:
I'm another ESTer and I try to adhere to a certain sleep schedule during the week so I'm generally unavailable for anything after 10PM. I am, however, willing to screw said schedule if there's something awesome planned - just hit me up beforehand (time doesn't really matter so long as I have enough of it to take a nap XD) and I'll refrain from crashing early.
But more often than not, I'm available from 4:00ish-10ish Monday - Thursday, all day Friday, and weekend evenings.
4. Cliques, thread dropping, etc.:
Mwu is a very social character who should not be cliquey. I am well aware that I'm guilty of playing him off canon characters far too often and that my reasons behind this are sad, pathetic, and undeserving of mention. XD If anybody ever wants to interact with Mwu, hit me and I'll jump at the chance, for serious.
As for dropping, I do tend to do this with Mwu more often than I'd like because I don't know what to have him say. This isn't a voice issue but a confidence issue, really, that ties into my inability to bring him out of canon for long. I WILL FIX THIS!
I'm very bad at picking up threads after a delay of a few hours. If there's something you'd like to continue, please inform me of this! As quite a few people can attest, I always regret having to end threads without resolution.
5. Comfort levels (personal):
Despite how I might come off in voting posts, it's pretty hard to make me feel uncomfortable. Excessive swearing tends to annoy me moreso than anything else and as long as sex isn't discussed with an aggressive tone, I don't care what y'all say. XD

7. Locking and serious stuff IC:
Mwu's a pretty private person who's only shown to get really personal with one person in canon and that's Murrue. While camp has necessitated locked threads in regards to the Extendeds, I don't anticipate him engaging in any locked threads wherein the subject is himself. NEEDLESS TO SAY, all his locked threads are thus 100% private since a) he's damned protective of Stellar and Auel and b) Mwu isn't the only person involved.
Serious stuff discussed outside of locks is okay to discuss - I really don't see Mwu minding too much, so long as intentions weren't malicious.
PERMISSIONS

Medical Info:
Mwu is a Newtype Natural, meaning that his genes haven't been modified, he has enhanced spatial senses, psychic reflexes and connections to other Newtypes, and a bunch of other fun stuff like that. Whether his skill levels, like Rey's and Rau's, are high enough that he could pass as a Coordinator is unknown but he's damned strong for a Natural.
Outside this he has a high tolerance for pain, heals quickly, and is INSANELY RESILIANT. He's pretty much experienced every brand of combat-related injury including shots, shrapnel, and an explosion that should have cost him more than it did. He is in very good health and keeps in peak physical condition.
Physical traits:
Mwu has very long hair, is rather muscular, and is covered in scars - most notably across his face and arms. He also has some pretty severe scars across his back and presumably has some on his legs and chest as well. Most of these are from shrapnel and burns, resulting from the aforementioned explosion, but there's a freshish (2, 3 years) gunshot wound on his right shoulder.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her:
Anything, really. If it's something he doesn't want to discuss he can easily dodge the subject and there's nothing I'm set against playing through. If you really want your character to find out about the Big Things, hit me first and we can work out a way but if you just jump him? Not likely to get you anywhere. XD
Notes for the Psychics:
As a Newtype, Mwu's mind is probably a little more electric than most; Newtype signals are expressed through a sensation sort of like an electric shock. In addition to this, his mind underwent some serious tampering that resulted in an altered personality and the supression of 28 years worth of memory so there might be something to draw from that.
Otherwise, it's pretty boring up there because he doesn't really have anything to hide.
Abilities:
Mwu's not a particularly skilled mechanic, I don't believe, but he does have enough experience that he'd feel confident in working on certain items. The same goes for computer technology. He learns rather quickly and can use most electronic/mechanical devices with limited training. He's a good marksman (how good is never really brought up) and I'm playing him as being versed in hand-to-hand combat, having some experience with archery, and maybe having taken fencing lessons when he was younger because regardless of what happened, he came from money.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?:
Feel free, ask first.
Kissing/Hugging:
Hugging's perfectly fine - he'll have no issues with that, though things might be awkward. Kissing is another story, but not a remarkably different one; he won't reciprocate unless it's a camp thing but he won't be an ass about it.
Fighting:
Also go ahead? Just hit me first, either on IRC or through e-mail, if it's not immediately obvious that's where a thread is headed. He'll probably just try to disable though, and make no attempts to hurt whomever he's fighting.
Maim/Murder/Death:
No, no and no. While he would just jump up and move on, you'd be hard-pressed to convince me that hurting Mwu would be conducive to anything.
Cooking:
I've always assumed he has some cooking skill because he comments on nutrition a few times and because it's charming. >:
