So, he's sort of half-zoned out by the time he gets to Perry's bed. He passes a tray over to him with all the love and care of a school cafeteria worker. Then, he does a double take when he realizes who the bed's occupant is. What the hell? Somebody beat him up?

I still think destroying the Barge while it's docked is as close to a permanent solution as we can get. If not that... No amount of reforms or concessions from the wardens will change the function of this place. We linger here until we're abandoned, or we become somebody else.
