I just got home from my first day of broadcasting school, and I already love this place. The teachers are all local media people, and the school is all studio mock-ups. An hour into the first day and they had all of us on mike in one of the radio studios. This is going to be a quite a ride. :)

After all the times the GateWorld Forum has been down when I wanted to visit it, I am ammused that for almost an hour today it was the only website I could connect to.

I haven’t journaled about hockey in a while. After my old team, the Phantoms, won the championship, I split from them as they moved up to the next level of play. I couldn’t play those nights, so I hung back in the Saturday night league. They put me on a team, the Wolverines, that was undermanned and in desperate need of players.
