I drink milk sometimes, but I know it doesnt work for everyone. Warm water helps too. Or watch some crack to tire yourself out.

I finally get my sleep! Even though it's only 5 hours xD
I tried everything from exercise, drinking milk, reading a veeeeeeery boring book, but nothing help. So I just lay on my bed, close my eyes, and I think after that I pass out lol

I'm not really sure about insomnia, since I don't like to sleep myself. But I'd think you should get more rest? rest your mind, body and soul! Gambare, Juu!
