Firstly, I want to say thank you (even though it's already a month late T.T) to all of you who had wished me a happy birthday, whether it's through THIS POST, my Facebook, personal PM@LJ/emails/text messages/ANM's board, or even directly saying it to me. I really appreciate it. Without you all, my birthday celebration won't be fun at all!

This is really bad for your health o___O
I think you should drink a glass of warm milk or water, go to bed, close your eyes and listen to music. That always help me every time I feel sleepy but couldn't sleep. Classical is a good choice ^.^ And stay away from cellphone, laptop and TV. You can't sleep with those things around!

I experience this once before. Had so many things to do, didn't sleep for 3 days and then when I want to sleep, I couldn't. After that, I felt like my body is not mine anymore, like I borrowed it from someone else =.=

I know. But I can't help it T.T
I just close my eyes yesterday and I finally can sleep! Even though it's only for 5 hours. It's better than nothing, right? xD

I know what you mean. I can't even feel my hands anymore. It's kinda numb and I always make a mistake when typing T.T

Sorry for this late HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! greeting and sorry for what's been happening with that very responsible senior and you.

In terms of insomnia.. baths at night help but a really late warm bath might not be good for the health..
reading might help too...

Hi juu, take care of urself k…for me, I really don’t hv any problem to sleep since I luv to do that…soo, in ur case I think try not to be stress and drink milk b4 sleep k…hope it can helps abit...

Hmm.. I don't know much!!
I think as long as get rid of your stress first you can sleep better..
or maybe try a little snack, like milk or cheese before sleep, would help maybe.
