I loss 2 CM from bust hips and waist with a 3 kilo lost. Trying to keep it up. I got myself hook up with all the necessary stuff not to go off! Actually I didnt need to weigh myself I could just feel it. Strange! the scale could have said +5 I would still fight it.
Week #2 aiming for same result! well if its only 1 kilo i will be happy lol -

OK. I spent last meditating on eating better. I tried. Today we are Wednesday and my 3rd day on detox. Holding on! and DIDN'T GET THE Wii yet. I have this on the brain......it will happen -

A tragedy happened 2 months ago in my family. I am just getting used to the fact that I will never see her again. My sister-in-law died, fully pregnant. She was due on the 8th of June and died the 10th of June- Aneurysm. The doctor said whatever scenario we would present, she would not have been saved. Ok; I accept.
