Roast Chicken

My first ever roasted chicken came out of the oven tonight at 7:25pm. It looks pretty good, I ate a bit of skin (hee hee) and it was sehr yum! I can officially put this one into my cookbook now, with some tips for buttering and seasoning a chicken while trying not to get the chicken juice all over everything.
