brosely Honey-Jasmine Sherbet
3 ½ Cups Brewed Jasmine Green Tea
¾ Cup Half-and-Half (I think I'll try something with more fat next time, to make it creamier)
¾ Cup Honey
¼ Cup Sugar
⅛ tsp Lemon Juice
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cover and chill until cold, 3-24 hours.
Freeze in an ice cream maker.
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 3 hours.
Makes 5 Cups
