I set a goal to read the Old Testament this year. I'm to Genesis 35 at the moment. I've never read the Old Testament before, and I gotta tell ya... it's weird. I spend most of my time being really confused and wondering what the heck is going on. The rest of the time is spent skimming over "So and so begat so and so." The curious george cartoon on pbs has the boy that calls george "city kid"..it bothers me

i hated learning piano--it was hard and i have no patience..haha

I tried reading the old testiment. I got as far a numbers. It takes more patience than learning piano...ha

that's cute about lauren and the onions/lemons! Wonder if it IS genetic? *ponders*

haha, yeah, that kid is annoying. he thinks he knows everything, but george is smarter than him, too.

HA! I believe it! The Old Testament is rough. I'm honestly wondering how people can get anything out of it. And God seems so different than the God I learn about, ya know? It's weird.

If it is, it skipped a generation!

I think I just get confused by it, so my brain goes in retardo mode. haha The stories are definitely interesting, but I get lost sometimes.

Don't worry. You are. I talk to you more than those people that I deleted that I went to school with. Anyway, your updates always make me laugh... and that's free entertainment. :)

Haha, Brooke does most of my FB updates. My favorite is when she starts flirting with boys for me. She's THE BEST (o: It's entertaining for me to get random e-mails commenting on my status and I don't have a clue what the status is because I can't access FB at work.
