Tonight's the night I have finally agreed to let jbsegal remove my ancient, unbootable PowerMac 7500. I haven't used it in several years now, but I had an emotional attachment to it nonetheless, so I would just like everyone to realize that this is a big deal to me.

Things I have found while cleaning:

I'm really stunned and happy that you're doing this but as I said - it matters more to me that you feel emotionally ok about this, so if you want to keep it or need to stop, that ok.

I'm really proud of you, babe - just starting this is a big step.
And you & Santiago rocked the post-party clean up :)

We can de-clutter around it before the house-cleaners come on Tuesday and tackle the rest another time, perhaps once I'm well we can finally have Jen H. over to work with us on organizing.

Thanks, babe. :) I am okay with getting rid of it, but I think I have now reached my tolerance for further decrufting tonight. It does feel satisfying once overwith, though.

11/20/03 might have been your stomach? (What would we do without LiveJournal?)

And go you for de-crufting! That's awesome.

Aha...I kept reading for a week or so from that post and found out what it was. It took a while to get the proper diagnosis, but it turned out to be H. pylori gastritis. Pro tip: Don't ever get that! It's truly wretched, and the cure is nearly as bad.

Hee! Nice. :)

It is cool to find useful things, and also good to have been able to toss a lot of stuff tonight. For whatever reason, that's not easy for me.

If you're not attached to it, you should send the smaller button to Nathan for his new, homegrown minion.

If they want it, sure, though right now it's small enough to pose a choking hazard to Ipsie. :-}

We'd migrated everything over to my first laptop when I started using that regularly, so it should be okay.
