It’s Friday night and I’m in the middle of packing. Tomorrow morning I’m leaving for LAX 5 am (not happy about that one) to fly to Tampa, Fl for the ABRF conference. This time it’s only for three day, so I’ll get back on Wednesday already. The wedding in NYC was better than expected and I actually had a good time. I just finished watching Running with Scissor, which turned out being on of the best movies I’ve seen in a long time. Several of my favorite actors are in it and believe it or not, Joseph Fiennes plays a gay schizophrenic. In a way, I got kind of affected by the move. In about one and half weeks, I'm flying to NYC for a wedding. Since I'm kind of cheap and I like the suit I have, I was hoping I'd be able to lose 20-30 pounds before then. About month or so ago, my boss got offered a great job in Seattle, WA and if he accepted the position, the whole lab would move there. Last night, I found out that he decided to decline and stay at UCLA. We had great weather where in LA during the weekend. Blue skies, sunny and warm. As usual, we had brunch in West Hollywood on Sunday and this time we went to Skewers on Santa Monica.
