Complaints and grievances...with a silver lining attached.

Something is (was?) wrong with my dog, and I don't know what.

Last night, her left eye was red and swollen.  It was still like that at 12, when I left the house to see Luis and Shels, mostly because Luis'  birthday was yesterday (and how much does that suck?), but when I got home at 3.30, and I let her out and called her over to me to look at her ( Read more... )

Sorry your puppy is sick...sick pups are no fun...and expensive. Now that I think of it, car troubles fit that description too. HEA is awesome!

Happily, the puppy seems to be doing much better, so that's one good thing. Car is still iffy; it behaved today, but who knows what'll happen tomorrow? ^_^ And I'm thrilled you think HEA's awesome.

I am sorry that your dog was so sick. It is hard to tell sometimes what is happening, or has happened to one of our animal friends. Glad to hear that she is better, and that you are feeling better, too. Now just to get the 'Death Trap' back in safe form.

(I would definitely go with 'outright loved' for both "HEA" and "Domesticated")

Thanks. Happily, she seems much better now, more like her usual self, so I'm pretty sure she's all right now. It was weird, because usually, we know what's wrong with her thanks to my grandma, as she's the one who spends the most time with the dog and has her little idiosyncracies down the best, but even she was stumped.

As to Death Trap, it didn't freak out on me today, so I'm wondering if that means it just needed a little time to adjust to the new fuel filter...or if it's lulling me into a false sense of security. Time will tell, I suppose.

^_^ I definitely figured you were one of the "outright loved" group!

Hopefully, Death Trap's problems were caused by the fuel filter.

And, yes, you figured right. I also agree with Red Kite, HEA is *awesome* and in my book, Domesticated is also! (That's why they are 'outright loved' by me!)

You know, I think it might have been the fuel filter after all. I asked my sister how the car's been running for her, and she said fine, so I'm cautiously optimistic. Keep your fingers crossed for a while just as insurance, though, eh? : )

*blushes* Oh...you.
