I'm almost done with "Talking to Strangers" by Malcolm Gladwell and it has interlocking themes: you do NOT know what other people are thinking. Figuring it out is tricky. Learning how to be in conversations with people is important work.
I'm reading a LOT of books this year. I set aside about 50 books on an Evernote list for me to read this year, then piled them up in six separate piles on a table. I keep finishing one, reviewing it, and heading back in to read the next. It's a bit rushed, really, I rather wish I had time to digest books, but there really isn't much space in my life to tinker like that. I just push it all inside me and then see what blooms.
