WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!?

A perfectly nice guy has asked me out, and I have agreed....but I can't seem to like him the way I should. I have a serious emotional defect here. I only like people who don't like me back. I like how hard it is? I like the emotional high mixed with the inevitable rejection

first of all, you don't need a reason to break up with someone. it's your life! except there's always a reason, even if it's as simple as the fact that you just dont want to be with them. if you are thinking about breaking up with him all the time, it's probably undeniably what you would prefer. some people just aren't right, and that's no one's fault. not theirs, and especially not yours. so don't blame yourself. when it's right, it will happen.
