My sister, Natalie, is back in college, studying English Lit. She would eventually like to teach. So, after a fulltime job each day, she goes to college nights, and when she's not reading assignments, she's writing papers. Nat called me last night, just a bustin'. Thank you! I had the shots in just my right knee in 2002 and they kept my knee working without pain for over two years. It still isn't as bad as it was before the first set of shots, but it's getting worse (waking up in the middle of the night worse) so my doctor agreed to try the shots again. This time, it's both knees. She's hoping to hold off the knee replacement surgery for another six years. I have a walker that I use around the house that helps too.

Honey, I'm a BIG MAMA. 21 lbs. is a start, but it's just a drop in the bucket. Thanks for the congrats though. I increased my exercize time yesterday though, encouraged by the news. Winters are tough. I'm sure I put back at least 5 pounds of the original weight loss since the cooler weather set in, so it's gonna be a struggle for the next coupla or three months to maintain. Ya know?
