We didn't get pictures of the panties or the fabric, but yeah, we had a blast and got a lot of photos. I'm thinking photo project, because it looked like a deliberate drape and balance of fabrics. Neat, regardless!
Or maybe it was an art installation? At Eastfield we had some artist/sculptor do some installation pieces.
One I didn't realize was an installation piece; it's what has to be the eeny-est teeniest grader (like a road grader) I've seen with artificial flowers coming out of the vents and on one wheel. (We've had construction on the campus, so I thought it belonged to the work team.)
There's also a whole 'wall' of streamers outside one entrance. I have got to go around campus and take lots of pictures.
It was out in the middle of nowhere on the Blue Ridge Parkway. So it's possible it was an art installation, but it's not one that'd be seen much. Very odd!
Sounds like the art on campus where you are is fascinating!

I'm wondering if the fabric in the tree had been put there for someone's photo project, and then simply left behind.
Or maybe it was left there by a storm.
