I have been very busy, and luckily the source of my busy-ness is also making me very happy.

I have music in my life again! Well not the listening-music or piano/guitar-self-entertainment-type music, but satisfying chinese classical ensemble music where the scores are not all that hard but you still have to sweat to make sure you come in on time and ( Read more... )

Greywing, I am thrilled for you. That must be so satisfying. That is an adorable picture. I'm always talking about my source for Chinese traditional music, which I adore, being the subway. I found a photo.

Ooh ooh!!!! :D :D :D

The stringed fiddle-like thingy is an erhu, and the other guy is playing a sheng (my instrument!!) That is so cool. I want to meet those guys.

They are really good too. And not even the same guys I used to always listen to. (I'm glad the picture was clear enough that you could see them.) That is the Times Square Subway station.
