Howard Hughes and the Windchill

The sky is growing cloudy and the temperature is currently only 11˚F (when I awake at 10 a.m., it was 5˚F). At least they lifted the windchill warning, finally. If the meteorologist are to be believed, this is the end of the cold snap, and we'll go all the way to 54˚F tomorrow (with wind gusting to 63mph). But there's snow scheduled for this
