Hello! Have you tried requesting a sewing machine on Freecycle.org? I've got some really good stuff for free from there. And today I gave away a load of stuff for free! It's likely that there is a group in your area and you can just post a request. Just thinking of saving you some pennies!

Thank you, that's a great idea! I have a ton of stuff I need to get rid of too, so I will definitely try it out. :)

I've also been checking regularly with the Humane Society thrift store here in town. Apparently they get a lot of sewing machines.

I'm so excited for this. I can't wait to make my own clothes and stuff!
