Summary: What kisses actually mean.

A/N: This Number 4 got a little longer than usual, I think. But well... The first actual kiss should deserve that, huh? ♥

Please keep an eye on this journal, since I won't always be able to put this up in the communities, okay?

Likings

Tegoshi was asleep at the couch. Masuda sat next to him, looking at Kato and Ryo who were sitting at the floor across from them.

Yamashita leaned over the back rest of the couch, looking at Tegoshi and Koyama was in an arm chair to their right, apparently thinking.

“I think this is the best chance”, he pointed out then.

The others gave him curious looks.

They had met up to celebrate Ryo’s and Tegoshi’s birthdays, and it was almost morning again. They were tired and slightly drunk; satisfied from the good food they had eaten.

Tegoshi had been the first one to fall asleep. His head rested at the armrest of the couch, his legs were curled up to his chest, leaving Masuda enough space to sit next to him.

Sleeping, Masuda thought as he threw a look at the younger one, he even seemed angelic.

“Best chance for what?”, Kato wanted to know.

“To pay back”, Ryo said, looking at Koyama. “He’s sleeping.”

Yamashita smiled. “Let’s glue his boots together.”

“Or tie up his wrists and ankles and wake him then to feet him disgusting stuff.” Koyama seemed excited.

Tegoshi sighed in his sleep, moving his head slightly; his lips parted.

“Even in his sleep he tries to influence us with his cuteness.”

Ryo grinned at Koyama. “You are the last one to harm him, huh?”

“I really want to.” Koyama got up. “Just for a bit, so he’ll see what it’s like.”

Kato followed him and they came back a moment later from the bedroom with pillows. Masuda frowned at them, wondering what they were up to.
“You’re not going to choke him?”, he asked hesitantly.

Yamashita grinned. “We’re just lecturing him.”

“No, come on, guys, don’t.”

Kato lifted an eyebrow and looked at Ryo. “It’s not Keii, who’s the last one to harm that brat; it’s Massu.”

They all looked at him. “Move away, Massu.”

Masuda just thought about it for a second. “Leave him in peace. He’s sleeping; he can’t defend himself.”

Koyama snorted. “I was sleeping defencelessly countless times when he attacked me.”
“But…”

“Move, Masuda”, Ryo said sharply.

The younger one held up to Ryo’s look and made himself more comfortable at the couch. “Leave him alone.”

Yamapi turned first, putting the pillow away. “This is no fun”, he said and went over to the door. “I’ll go to bed.”

Ryo followed next, giving no comment.

Koyama seemed pretty determined, but Kato pulled at his sleeve, shaking his head when the older one looked at him. “Let’s not; Massu will get really mad.”

“I don’t care…”

“Keii”, Kato just said and Masuda watched them, apparently talking without exchanging words, since Koyama just sighed after a few moments and nodded, following Kato out of the room.

Masuda sighed and put his head to the back rest. It was amazing; they had actually listened to him--- that didn’t happen very often, in point of fact.

He closed his eyes and relaxed a bit, feeling comfortable listing to Tegoshi’s calm breathing next to him.

He almost dazed off as well, when he suddenly felt lips pressing to his cheeks. His eyes flew open and he turned his head to look at Tegoshi.

“Thanks, Massu.”

He frowned, feeling his cheeks were burning from the sensation of the kiss Tegoshi had given him. “You were awake.”

Tegoshi smiled at him, shifted closer. “I knew, Massu would protect me.”

Masuda sighed and titled his head to the side. “I should have let them go ahead; you are really…”

He didn’t get any further, since Tegoshi gently placed his lips over Masuda’s. It was just a peck to his lips, but it silenced him and he stared at Tegoshi with huge eyes.

The younger one smiled, drew back. “Thanks for not letting them, though.”

Masuda pressed his lips together, looked down to his lap, hands fidgeting. “I…” he swallowed. “You’re welcome.”

Tegoshi looked at him for a moment, still with that gentle expression, then he put his head to Masuda’s shoulder.

“I think I really like you, Massu.”

Thanks so much for reading again ♥

This one was actually not in the list, but I figured they shouldn't go to love straight, so I put in a "Like" ... a soft peck to the lips defenitely means more than friendship and yet is not as strong as "Love" <3
