Rose and I had a wonderful quick visit to Blacksburg. We saw babies and 'big kids', did laundry, had some loverly dinna, more and more laundry, some baby stuff, more laundry and JOHN FIXED MY COMPUTER!  We soaked a small truckload of baby clothes of the pink and purple variety while we slept. I am finally really beginning to decompress and (ouch!) I have the bends--hence I am here at the insomniac's playground waiting for a sleep aid to hit me. I'm not holding my breath.

or the lack thereof.

Some say our road just eats cars up.  I say it is cheap at twice the price for what that drive gives back to my soul.

I'm home! The trip was so good- I've increased  greatly in knowledge, understanding and wisdom that I really needed for the coming year. Visiting in Chesapeake and Fredericksburg was great. Mighty sweet to be home now looking at all that pile of good things in the rear view mirror. More when I am a lot less tired than I am now.
