Numbers and time!
Hope I can get help quickly.  I'm trying to Beta a story with a bunch of time references.  She wants to write everything in numbers, which seems okay, (Seven forty-five, etc.) until you get to "Nine ten,"  which just reads wrong.  Like counting, or something.
