I tried it once before with less than stellar results. While I was out shopping this afternoon I decided that with it being Valentine's Day today I'd try it again!

This is just a basic chicken soup recipe but making it was something new for me. I'm quite pleased with it and myself on how it came out! Heh heh, yeah ok, I'm a cooking newb!

5 chicken thigh quarters
4 large carrots
3 leeks
1 bunch of celery
Spices according to personal taste.
