Today is the first day since I've been home that I went absolutely NOWHERE! I needed a day like this so badly. I finally finished my washing and I worked on my resume and cover letter for the Austin American-Statesman internship. So, I've been home for 6 days now. It is alot less horrible than I thought it would be. This trip home is one that has really hit me hard. Today was a good day. Went to church for the first time this summer. Tried a new church called The Crossing with my friend Jollene. It was nice. Well, this weekend was just what the doctor ordered. I got out of Columbia for a bit and went up to the lake to camp with friends. We managed to set up our HUGE tent, cook over a fire and generally survive. It was alot of fun. The weather was perfect and we got to swim at the beach and just chill out. It felt like REAL summer.
