Dandelion story?

As a kid, I vaguely remember a story I read, of a kid and dandelion.  Something to do with the kid blowing the dandelion and being able to tell the time of the day…. something to that effect.  Have been trying to recollect it, but am getting no where.  Does anyone remember a story like that?

Nope. Don't remember reading any dandelion stories. She watches one show on TV, "Dragon Tales", that has huge tree-size dandelions in a jungle.

Sorry, I don't know any story of dandelions and the time.

Here, people/kids say that you have a wish free if you blow the whole dandelion at once. This leads to many kids (and a few adults like me) blowing the dandelions ;-)
