if you havent seen him in a while Alton is SKINNY wow when he was on the view I wondered if he was sick but no he tried to do it and he is 50 lbs lighter since march

EDIT:  My TiVo is telling me that AB is on Jimmy Fallon on the 9th, not the 8th...  But perhaps AB means "the evening of the 8th" since the Fallon show is on after midnight.
