I might be getting an even better summer job! So I've got a summer job offer from Glimmerglass Opera, in upstate New York... Connecticut pretty much sucks for summer theatre and there are no places I could get that I could drive to every day. Tech sucks for a show with snow, popcorn, peanuts, 2 sandboxes, onion all over the stage, kegstands, flying actors in nearly every scene, multiple levels of the playing space (some with audience members on them), 85 costumes, 90 props, crew in NOT black with orange hunting vests, weapons, blood, supersoakers, and flurescent lights ( Read more... )

So the day i started trying to lose weight, this one pair of work pants that snap, kept unsnapping all day because they were a little too tight... well when i put those pants on today they were loose on me and it made me feel really good!

And then I went to work and the crotch of my pants ripped... Damn!

We went to New York on Friday and we caught a late train home. Well when we were about halfway home the train was making a stop and suddenly we were stopping really fast, and then it seemed like the train skidded or hit something.
